The Debutante Cotillion and Scholarship Program was created with the aim of motivating and inspiring high school junior and senior emerging young women to pursue higher education, excel academically develop personally and contribute to their communities, emphasizing the importance of etiquette, higher education self awareness, social awareness, relationship building. community service, effective communication, and public speaking skills   . 

Our President and founder Yvette Trench who is dedicated to making a meaningful impact on the lives of our future leaders designed our scholarship program in 2024 inspired by her experience as a Debutante, however the program did not gain the traction need for its success. Mrs. Trench who is resilient, a visionary and full of determination made the brave decision to relaunch our scholarship program designed to recognize key qualities that define outstanding leaders.
